Psychological support

Łukasz Koziński Psychologist

A safe space to talk and to understand yourself.

I support adults and young people in coping with stress, emotions, relationship difficulties, crises, and a sense of being lost.

I help people better understand themselves, their needs, and their patterns of behavior, and find more supportive ways of functioning in everyday life.

Support built on attention and relationship

I am a psychologist, a graduate of SWPS University. I work in a calm, attentive manner, tailored to the person seeking support. At the center of each meeting, I place safety, understanding, and clear rules of cooperation.

In my work, I pay attention not only to the difficulty someone comes with, but also to the broader context of their life, relationships, burdens, values, experiences, and ways of coping with challenges. This allows the conversation to lead to a better understanding of oneself and a more conscious choice of what is supportive.

I am a psychologist, and my previous professional experience as a legal counsel allows me to better understand situations related to stress, responsibility, conflict, and functioning in a demanding environment. In my psychological work, I focus on emotional, relational, and developmental support.

In working with young people, authentic contact and conversation conducted in a language close to their experience are important to me. I understand the significance of culture, the internet, peer relationships, and interests in the lives of young people.

Who I work with

WHO I HELP

At certain moments in life, challenges or difficult circumstances can make us feel stuck in place. Sometimes we understand what is contributing to this feeling of being stuck, and sometimes it's hard for us to even name what we're experiencing.

Meeting with a psychologist can help you organize what you're going through, look at the situation from a different perspective, and better understand your own emotions, needs, and patterns of behavior. I support adults and young people in finding ways of functioning that are closer to their values, boundaries, and current capabilities.

I work with people experiencing a variety of difficulties, such as anxiety, depression, stress related to work or school, life changes, relationship difficulties, and the experience of loss.

In my work, I also support young people facing the challenges of adolescence, school pressure, relationship difficulties, low mood, anxiety, or the search for their own identity. Sessions can help teenagers better understand their emotions, develop a sense of agency, and build a more supportive relationship with themselves and their surroundings.

  • Difficulties in relationships, feeling misunderstood or the challenges of adolescence.
  • Conflicts at home and difficulties in the relationship with parents.

How I work

How I work

Sessions are built on conversation, understanding and a shared search for ways of coping with what feels difficult.

The person is at the centre of every session — their history, their experience and their present needs. I believe good psychological help begins with attentive listening, clear terms of work and a sense of safety.

I create a calm space to talk about emotions, relationships and everyday difficulties.

I help you make sense of your experience, understand yourself better and find ways of coping with what matters or weighs on you.

I keep communication plain, treat what you share as confidential, and work as an equal partner grounded in respect and attention.

Flexible

Sessions can take place in person or online — in whichever format suits your needs and circumstances.

Empathetic

Conversation takes place in an atmosphere of trust, respect and attention — without judgement, pressure or haste.

Responsible

I safeguard confidentiality, set clear terms of work and provide safe conditions to talk about what is important and hard.
